My last semester in Cuseland I had the absolute privilege of working with this incredible team on the short film for social change “Spiral”.

The project was created in collaboration w/@tarletondawnproductions and has premiered at a few festivals across the country so far.

⭐️The World’s Smallest Art Gallery Opening⭐️

I hosted the world’s smallest art gallery opening this week.
It was in my bedroom heh.

This winter was one of the longest and hardest I’ve experienced yet… I’m a sun baby and unfortunately was deprived of my sweet sunshine for many months, while also navigating the first few months of my life postgrad. So, I turned to something that brought me a lot of joy as a child— the visual arts.

Experimenting with oil pastels, acrylics, and watercolor paints, I created pieces that helped me process the magnitude of existence. While I have no formal training, this work brought me so much and helped me discover a lot about myself as a human and an artist.

This gallery is unofficially titled “brushing off my palms, shaking woodchips off my skirt”. An ode to the oh too familiar childhood experience of falling down on the playground, the quick reorient, and bravely skipping off to your next adventure. This work captures my connection to my inner child, my moments of tumble, and my joy in navigating this much larger playground that is NYC.
