🪡This moment of sitting together, chatting, laughing, and simply being with my sister—I wish I could hold on to it forever.💕

🪡She lives in Canada, and unfortunately, she’s leaving on my birthday because of her work schedule. I understand she has to go, but I just don’t want my sister to leave.

🪡I wish I could pause time and keep these little moments together a little longer. Having her around makes everything feel so much more special, and saying goodbye is never easy.

🌙 NUR ‘ALA NUR YA RAMADAN!

I feel blessed that Allah chose me to witness another Ramadan.

My heart feels so full, so happy, so overwhelmed with gratitude that only one ridiculous, magical word comes to mind —

😌Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.

Because how else do I describe a feeling that is joyful, peaceful, hopeful, and sacred all at once?

There is a blessed, beneficial feeling in the air — as if mercy is already on its way.

Sometimes I pause and think:

✨I will wake before sunrise for suhoor.

✨I will whisper prayers when the world is asleep.

✨I will break my fast with gratitude, not just hunger.

✨I will try to become softer, kinder, better than I was before.

✨I feel excited for the quiet nights and the powerful duas.

🌙 I wait for this month all year — not just for the iftar tables, the warm gatherings, or the beautiful nights, but for the way Ramadan changes my heart. It slows me down, cleans my thoughts, and wraps my days in purpose.

The room felt warm and familiar, wrapped in soft light and silence. I wasn’t in a hurry—I never am when I’m surrounded by stories.

I stood in front of the shelf, scanning familiar spines, but my hand moved on its own and stopped at one book. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck. I smiled—because somehow, it felt like it was waiting for me.

As I pulled the book slightly forward, I felt a strange calm settle in. I was standing there as someone who had learned enough to finally let go. Let go of things that never truly mattered.

That moment wasn’t about reading a book.
It was about choosing myself.

The New Year found us walking slowly, wrapped in the gentle glow of morning and evening light.

No rush, no noise—just us and nature breathing together.

The sun painted the sky in warm hues as we wandered, our footsteps quiet, our hearts full.

We paused near a tree whose roots curved into a heart, textured and strong, as if nature itself was holding space for love. Sitting there, we felt cradled—like we had slipped into nature’s arms and forgotten the rest of the world.

Time softened. Words became unnecessary.
It was just two of us, tucked into the earth’s calm, lost in a nature’s cuddle, stillness, warmth, and roots that reminded us where love truly grows.🫶✨

This picture came back to me today as an auto memory on my phone—31st December. I was in Dubai to celebrate New Year’s Eve in 2020, just before COVID changed the world. The Marina Cruise waiting for me and only one hour in hand.

I still remember walking into this gold shop, the glow of gold everywhere, time ticking fast.

Ammar served me so quickly, yet with such calm and warmth. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. In that short time, he didn’t just sell gold—he gave me comfort, trust, and a positive vibe I still remember today.

It was a moment of ease before the world paused.

A celebration before distance, masks, and uncertainty.

In that short one hour, he gave me something more than service.

He gave me ease. He listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted, guided me honestly, and never made me feel like just another customer.

Everything was smooth, respectful, and warm. Time flew—but not in stress. It flowed.
That moment stayed with me.

Today, in 2026, this picture reminds me why I love meeting new people. Every stranger carries a story, an energy, a lesson. Some people cross our path only for minutes, yet leave behind a feeling we never forget.

My New Year resolution is inspired by this memory—simple and strong : to stay kind, welcoming, and open-hearted, to value genuine human connection and to spread the same positive vibe I received from Ammar.
