✨Seduce Me at Sunrise, Dance in the Dew upon the Grass ✨

Silk Fan play during one of the weekend's sunrise. There is an energy in the air I cannot explain during this hour. The people that are up, t he kindness I see people showing each other ... Early mornings hit differently. I couldn't recommend waking up early and hitting your nearest smaller town for a sunrise stroll. 🌞✨🤍✨🌞

I had one of those accidental fun moments. Day 2 of POI and I tried something, I noticed my new poi could wrap and unwrap around my waist pretty fast. To the point the wick barely touched me, touched me less than when doing fleshing! So I don't know... Would this be like a waist body wrap? 😆 I thought it looked kinda neat but Its fun to do when transitioning moves.

What did everyone do today?
I went to the Crystal shop, @dotscrystals moves location to a beautiful new store, and helped move some products as well as decorate the new space. The walls are painted with paint that has selenite and tourmaline mixed into it! Its decor has all this beautiful greenery, with Amethyst lights twinkling. It's definitely a full experience visiting the Cavern now. How we always wanted it! Im so proud of my mom, she's put so much hard work blood sweat and tears into her shop. She's blessed me with being able to join her on this journey and it's something really special to me.

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE is ENERGY 🙌✨

A body in motion stays in motion… the moment you stop moving, that energy doesn’t disappear.

It settles.

It gets stuck.

So, MOVE it!

Shake. Stretch. Dance. Hoop. Walk. Flow.

You don’t have to be good at it. You just have to move.

Emotions are meant to flow, not become a permanent place to live. 🌅✨

Move the body. Move the energy. Change the moment.

✨ FAMILY ASSISTANT WANTED ✨

Happy Sunday, everyone! 💛

After being knocked down by a brutal illness this past week, I realized it's officially time for me to build my village. 🫶

I'm a busy single mom of two boys looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and flexible Family Assistant to become a consistent helping hand for our family.

💰 $20/hour
⏰ Approximately 12–20 hours/week to start

This is a unique position, so flexibility is important. Depending on the week, shifts may look like:

👉 4am–9am
👉 5am–12pm
👉 5pm–9pm
👉 Occasionally 9am–6pm

⭐ A schedule will be arranged together based on what works for BOTH of us. I'm not expecting someone to be available all day, every day!

✨ Fellow moms are absolutely welcome to apply! If you have a child, I'm happy to discuss them coming along when appropriate. For weekend family outings or vacation travel, your child would be welcome too. 💛

Responsibilities may include childcare, school/activity transportation, errands, organization, light household pickup, attending weekend activities with us, and generally being that extra capable set of hands that keeps a busy family moving.

REQUIREMENTS:

👉 Reliable transportation
👉 Dependable communication
👉 Great with children
👉 Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
👉 CPR certification is a plus, but NOT required

I'm hoping to find one consistent primary Family Assistant as well as one backup/emergency person who may be able to step in when life throws us a curveball.

There is also potential for additional hours and paid family vacation/travel opportunities in the future. ✈️☀️

I don't have a traditional village, so I'm intentionally creating one. 🫶

Interested? Please send me a private message with a little about yourself, your experience, general availability, and references.

Please feel free to SHARE if you know someone! 💛

Most people saw a leaf. I saw something small casting a presence much larger than itself.

Do you ever feel like your body is bracing for danger? Even if there's nothing dangerous actually happening at the moment?

Our body can stay in survival even long after our brain knows "I'm safe."

Try this, it's a favorite for me, the Physiological Sigh:

✨ Take one deep inhale through your nose

✨ Add one smaller “top-off” inhale (like a quick sip of extra air on top of the deep inhale)

✨ Follow it with one long, slow exhale through your mouth (stomach should expand with inhale and shrink with exhale, as if your body is squeezing the air out)

✨ Repeat 1–3 times

Why is it scientifically proven to help?

👉 That second little inhale helps expand the lungs more fully, while the long exhale slows your breathing and may help reduce some of the body’s physical stress activation.

👉You are not pretending the stressful situation disappeared.
You are simply giving your nervous system a brief signal that it can quiet the alarms for a moment.

👉It is not a cure-all, and it does not erase difficult emotions.
It is a tiny body-based reset that may create just enough space to think, respond, or keep moving without feeling quite so flooded.

Tiny reset. Real relief. 🌿

Save this for the next moment your shoulders are touching your ears, your jaw is so clenched it feels like you may crack your teeth and your brain has 47 tabs open. 😉 Have you tried this?

Safety isn't another person.

Safety is finally finding a place where my body can exhale...

Happy Sunday 💜✨

Okay... SUPER exciting news!! 😄✨
(Well... one of many, but I can finally share this one! 🤭🫶)

Tomorrow, I begin TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) therapy. 💜
___________
The simplest way I can explain it...

TMS uses gentle magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD.

🚫No surgery.n🚫 No anesthesia. 🚫No medication. 🚫No Pain.

You're awake the entire time.

I've spent years working on healing through therapy, lifestyle changes, and rebuilding my nervous system.

TMS feels like the next step, for me 🥰

It also relit a light at the end of the tunnel that had grown pretty dim. 💜

For a long time, I felt like I was white-knuckling life with a suitcase full of coping skills and my psychiatrists where basically cheering me on "you've gone as far as you can go in cognitive therapy, look you're doing so well!!" 😱🤯🥴
HUH!? What I described was not "doing so well" LMAO. 🤣🤣

What I'm hoping for isn't perfection, it's:

✨ Less anxiety ✨ Fewer trauma responses ✨ Better emotional regulation ✨ More energy ✨ Better sleep ✨ More peace ✨ A brain that stops sounding the alarm 24/7
____________________

The research has been incredibly encouraging. 🤞

👉 About 50 to 60% of people experience a major reduction in depression symptoms, and around 30 to 40% achieve remission. 😍

I'll be documenting this journey honestly... the good, the hard, and everything in between. 💜

Here's to hoping my brain finally realizes...

It's a grocery store. Not a tiger. 😜🤍🧠✨

👉 One of the biggest wellness myths we've been taught is that everything has to change overnight.
It doesn't.

👉 You don't need a perfect morning routine. You don't need to drink a gallon of water tomorrow. You don't need to work out for an hour. You don't need to "get your life together" by Monday.
______________
👣 You just need one small step.
🤍One extra glass of water. Five minutes outside. A short walk. A nourishing meal. A little more sleep when life allows it.
🤍Those tiny choices become routines. Those routines become a lifestyle. And over time... they become the life you're building.
________________
Especially when rebuilding from "burnout." 🤍
No chasing perfection. No guilt. No all-or-nothing mindsets.
Just rebuilding, one realistic habit at a time. 💜

✨ Which slide spoke to you the most?
I'm doing a little challenge for myself this week:
👉Drink an extra 20 ozs of water a day for 7 days. Anyone feeling like they want to escape the stress of living in survival mode is more than welcome to join me on this adventure. 🫶 I think you'll surprise yourself by the end of the month 😉

✨Start small and keep stacking healthy habits...watch you become someone you didn't think possible with just a few weeks of consistent small healthy habits.

Life has thrown some pretty intense sparks my way. ✨

Turns out... I was built to dance through them. 🔥

Happy Independence Day. ❤️🤍💙

Keep your heart wild, your spirit kind, and never stop becoming who you were meant to be. 🫶✨

**The Flag is an A.i. Edit in, the rest is all real and perfect camera timing from a private gig I was hired for around this time, a few years ago. ****

Still one of my favorite pictures of my self made "Sparkle" Poi 🎆 The client definitely enjoyed it, too!
