⁨ ⁨ ⁨ ⁨ یادم هست گفتند موزیک به مشکل خورده و پخش نمی‌شود.
گفتم اگر قرار است، ترجیح می‌دهم مدل‌ها روی استیج نروند.
مشکل حل شد و کت‌واک شروع شد…
اما یک بغض بزرگ، تمام مدت در بک‌استیج، چسبیده بود به گلویم.

اولین مدلم را ایرانی انتخاب کردم.
نام کالکشن «اصالت یک زن» بود.
موزیک، ایرانی.
پارچه‌ها از شیراز.
همه‌چیز، کارِ دست.

وقتی همه‌چیز تمام شد، آن بغض هنوز همان‌جا بود.
من کلاً اهل نوشتن و حرف زدن نیستم،

I remember they told me the music had a problem and wouldn’t play.
I said if that was the case, I didn’t want the models to walk the stage.
They fixed it, and the runway began…
but a heavy lump stayed in my throat, backstage, the entire time.

I chose an Iranian model for my very first look.
The collection was called “The Authenticity of a Woman.”
The music was Iranian.
The fabrics were sourced from Shiraz.
Every piece was handmade.

When it was all over, that lump was still there.
I’m not really someone who writes or talks much,
but I have a feeling that very soon,
