Eid Mubarak to all those that celebrate 🌙 today is only fitting to share that last week @trulyumber welcomed @voguemagazine into her kitchen to share her ma’amoul recipe— a delicious semolina cookie filled with dates and walnuts, as well as some of the magic behind how she went from banker to baker and brought Mah-Ze-Dahr to life.

we are ever grateful to @fujioemura for capturing the essence of this special cookie and its process from dough to oven, @jaimecohen for creating decadent table settings, and @hennabysabeen for her beautiful henna work.

we are honored to partner with @tiffanyandco for its 2026 blue book event celebrating bunny mellon’s gorgeous love for all things flowers and gardens. our founder and chef @trulyumber taught classes on how to bake with edible flowers. much fun was had, many cakes and cookies were eaten. the ultimate luxury ❤️ taken in New York City by @mahzedahrbakery
