Did you know that in Canada, Hispanic Heritage Month celebrated throughout October while in the US it runs from Sept 15 to Oct. 15!

To kickoff that month, I wanted to bring this digital illo I made for the occasion to life (with no keyframes 🤯)

Turned out pretty cool I think? Also very very fun to make

-

If you’re doing any type of prompt challenge this month, you should try animating one of your pieces in express! Try it at http://adobe.ly/ExpressJuly26

Trying to wrap up this sketchbook i’ve had for ages now. I tend to pre-paint backgrounds as a way to avoid blank page syndrome.

I roughly cutout this apple from another pre-painted background and thought the colours were fun together 🍎

-
-

Some recent faves from the current font library ✷
I’m curious to know : what’s your fave from these, and also what’s your go to font these days 👀

I’m actually very into Cormorant Garamond (ground breaking). It’s what’s I wrote “Funky” in on slide 1 - bold + Italics. Classic with a touch of whimsy if you ask me!!

✷¡Save for later! ✷
