Movement is medicine.

I started taking yoga classes in 2023, but my practice didn’t truly begin until the start of 2025 when I signed up for yoga teacher training. That decision came after hitting a breaking point both mentally and physically.

Being surrounded by so many beautiful, individual people while going through this training and really diving into a practice that’s not just physical, I fell in love with the practice and myself again. It has healed me in so many ways. A practice of nonviolence, yet one that pushes boundaries. A balance of softness and strength.

These photos are more than just being in a posture. They represent how much I’ve grown.

So much love to my amazing trainers @annaplants and @nickjreynolds ,my home studio @fahrenheityoga ,all the incredible teachers and leaders there who teach me something new every day, and of course all my YTT people 🫶
