Transforming this Commercial Space from a blank canvas into 27 individual salon suites for a young black couple whose business has done so well it motivated them to expand the operation right next door to extend the opportunities for other entrepreneurs in the hair care and beauty industry to bring their dreams to life.

Some of the biggest takeaways I learned during the completion of this project was the importance of
1. Relying on systems
2. Constant communication and documentation
3. Utilizing subcontractors you can rely on without oversight
4. A Strong reputation will open doors that you can’t imagine

The starting line-up for the Cycle Breakers!! I’ll be the last generation to be raised in dysfunction abandonment abuse resentment and envy. Breaking the cycle & only raising my son on love, not survival. We kill the ego and understand we’re looking after God’s children, they don’t belong to us! by @maid.yah.look

Im so thirsty for race szn 2026 it don’t make no sense! Big bro decided to pull his motor out this weekend in preparation for a new subframe and radiator core support to lighten up the front of the car. So we spent maybe 2-3 hrs on a Sunday afternoon and pulled the motor and trans whilst laughing and giving all the glory to god. We about to have so much fun this summer it should be illegal.

Just know you have to be twice as good to get half as much but when a man’s ways pleases the lord even his enemies will be at peace with him. The ones who serves the most is the greatest among you. I knew I’d use all that AP trigonometry and calculus one day to serve God’s people.

Springtime in Chicago after being snowed in for months is always a good time to feel the pulse of the city, and start figuring out how to curate your summer. by @maid.yah.look

Look momma I graduated! Ain’t you glad I made it, all it took was praise worship and a whole lot of patience! Handling the layout for 1 of the 2 buildings under contract. 6 floors, over 102,000 square feet to cover in renovating this historical industrial site into modern apartment buildings. Lots of math and lots of meetings with the architects but I’m determined to lead my team of framers into victory as we get it ready for mechanicals.
