What an incredibly fun night we had playing at @beat.generation.records last week! Thanks so much to everyone who braved the cold on a school night to come out and see us, and thanks to the wonderful folks at Beat Generation Records for hosting us and to @ysobelgouriet for the photos!

And for those who missed it, please refer to this raving review from our close personal friend @catherine_cares from @jokes____fc

“The first half kicked off with a soulful mix of folk covers and originals featuring one particularly rich text that moved many (me) to tears 🥹 Worlds collided during the short mingling break before launching into an upbeat second half filled with instrumentals and ending on a dynamic choral homage to the late great Dolly Parton 🦋

Big shoutout to our players: @⁨Rachel⁩ on the fiddle, @⁨Juno⁩ on the axe, honorary Joker Shaun on a smaller, zestier axe, and @⁨Hayley⁩ shredding rhythms on the harmonium 😎” by @maidengarbband

Thanks to everyone in the audience Friday night who gave us their undivided attention and compassion during our last song of the night. Sound issues happen and sometimes the best thing to do is unplug and stick to what you know. We are taking a break from gigging just for a short while so we can work on curating something beautiful for your ears so please stick around, keep supporting us and catch you all soon!
