The first German Youth Cup in Lead with international athletes is a wrap! 🧗‍♀️✨
Going into this competition, I felt good, but I knew the field and the routes would be a massive challenge. After a good qualification [P1], the final was incredibly tough—none of us managed to top out, which shows just how much room there still is to grow and learn. Still, taking my first win at a German Youth Cup feels amazing, especially getting to share the podium with 🥈@elli_on_the_bloc and 🥉@miyuakikoo !
I’m incredibly grateful for the progress I’ve made since last year, and none of this would be possible without the amazing team behind me: especially @iraclimb, @tabea_physio @setmind.de
As well as @climbing_team_nrw @kletterteam.koeln
@klettern.einfachfesthalten
@sportstiftungnrw

There is still a lot of work to do, and I'm already looking forward to giving it my all at the next DJC—my last one in the U17 category!
Also, huge congratulations to the incredible athletes from Slovenia for dominating the overall ranking! 🥇@Liza_babic 🥈@tiabrnotmrak 🥉@sarabavdek

✨EYC Lead Dornbirn 🇦🇹 2024✨

Wow, what an emotional rollercoaster at my first official #international #competition, representing @climbing_team_germany for the very first time!

I went in with low expectations, unsure of where I stood compared to all the other athletes. It was an overwhelming experience to be surrounded by so many strong climbers from over 25 nations and 71 athletes in female youth B (under 16). I felt extremely stressed before my first route, but I was happy with my solid climb. When I realized that even making the finals was possible, the pressure before my second route was even higher. My second climb was even better, but I couldn’t find a solution for my size. That’s when I realized I could have done better on my first route. So I ended up finishing in 15th place.

The next day, I cheered for #teamgermany in the finals, soaked in the amazing atmosphere, and celebrated my #birthday with the team after my first #EYC. Thanks for the opportunity to represent Germany, and I’m excited to see what’s coming up next in Zilina 🇸🇰 next weekend...

✨Boulder Bundesliga Season 2023/24✨

Last weekend, the finals of the Boulder Bundesliga season took place in Osnabrück.
Of course, I wanted to make it to the grand finale in the evening, just like everyone else. But since my focus is currently on lead training for the Youth European Cups and therefore I haven't had much time for bouldering lately, I arrived with pretty low expectations. So, I was thrilled when I won the semifinals with 10 tops (9 flashes).
The final on the big stage, in front of so many amazing spectators who cheered for every successful move, was an incredible experience. Thank you all, you're amazing!
Ending my last 2nd league season as the winner is simply a dream come true.

Congratulations to
@hatti.climbs 🥈 and @tami_mleen 🥉for completing the podium,
and to @ami.li_climbs @yuhuu_mi_yu and Anna for making it to the finals. Hope to see you all back on the wall soon.
You all deserved it so much.

A special thanks to @yuhuu_mi_yu for the great time together all day. It was really awesome to compete in the semifinals with you and great that we made it to the finals together. You climbed incredibly strong! 💪

A huge thank you to the awesome route setting team for the great final boulders! @fabi_pensel @erik_heldmann @frau_traube @manuelwiegel

And of course thanks to @boulderbundesliga for organizing this amazing event. See you soon!

EYC Imst 🇦🇹
Again so close to the finals!
My first route didn't go as planned—I got a pretty early pump, which caused me to fall about three moves too early. After a 3 to 4-hour break watching others climb, I felt reset and confident for my second route.
My goal for route two was to reach the steep overhang and give it my all, and I nailed it! 💥
In the end P15
Knowing I’m so close to my main goal gives me huge motivation. Next stop: EYCH Augsburg! 🧗‍♂️🔥

Thanks to my coaches @iraclimb and @kretschmer_daniel
for supporting me in this competition

First ever World Youth Championship in Arco 🇮🇹

Unfortunately, P39 wasn't the result I hoped for, but I’m really happy with how I climbed and feeling optimistic for Imst and Augsburg! 🚀

Thanks to @climbing_team_germany and all my friends for such a cool time! ❤️

EYC Dornbirn 2026 🇦🇹🧗‍♀️
I knew how strong I am, but I didn’t know how strong the others from Europe would be, so I tried to focus entirely on myself. ✨
The quick start in the first round really supported me in this goal and gave me a super good feeling after the first route. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to clip properly and lost too much energy, but I was happy with the result anyway!
After a 2.5-hour break, I started the second route with a positive mindset. Sadly, I spent too much time trying to clip again and couldn’t fight through to the crucial moves. 😮‍💨 Feeling a bit disappointed, I had to wait a long time to know for sure if I made the finals...
When it became clear that I was in, I was SOOO happy to start my very first final! But then, an appeal was made, which gave me fewer points for my first route. In the end, I finished in 11th place and missed the finals by a very close margin 💔.
I was sad, but this definitely wasn’t my last international competition this year! Until the next ones start, I’ll keep working hard and training on my weaknesses.
Huge thank you to @climbing_team_germany for the amazing time in Dornbirn, and congratulations to @lizaaa_babic , @nienke.kodde ,@tiabrnotmrak for your strong performances and @filipa.knl for her first final on an Eyc 🥳.

✨✨German Youth Champion 2026✨✨

That was my last German Youth Cup in the U17 category, and I finished it by sharing the German Youth Champion title 🏆 in the U17 with my
teammate @elli_on_the_bloc 🤝💪

Now I'm nominated for the EYC in Dornbirn and for the YWCH in Arco, which I'm really looking forward to.

That means I am not finished yet, so I will keep training hard until the big competitions!

Also, congratulations to:
🥉 Mina Rambausek

And in overall ranking:

It’s not about the medal,
it’s about dedication, effort, and practice. 💫

First NRW Kids Cup — fun, challenging, unforgettable. 🧗‍♀️

Big thanks to the head coach (and that racing heart 😆) @maileen.climbs
and the assistant coach with all the quiet tips from a distance 🤫 @joachim.kom

But most of all…
having a big sister who’s always there —
physically and emotionally ❤️
That bond means everything.
