Happy gal on her birthday 🥹

My cute fit, I’ve had this top for like 10 years and never wore it, until now 🤭

These flowers are still thriving in my house 🤌🏼

Love me some branzino

Holaa

Jamón de España ufff

This is just one of 57295826284757172648 ai videos he shows me on a daily basis of frenchies 🤣

Behind that smile is a girl who is happy but a lil sad I didn’t get to spend my bday this year with my fam 😭

Overall, I decided I didn’t want to do anything big for my birthday this year. My only plans were to thank God at church for another year of life, a good workout at a Rumble class, and some really good food. 🤍

As a Leo, I’m usually the one doing the absolute most for my birthday 😂 but this year felt different. I’m learning to appreciate the beauty in the simple moments, knowing the bigger ones are already on their way.

For now, I’m just so grateful for where I am, who I have beside me, and these little moments that mean so much. ✨ #birthday #grateful by @mailenis

It pains me so much to witness this tragedy in a place I call my home. Cali holds so many sweet memories for me. My first school experience was in Cali. My first language was Spanish. My entire family still lives there, even though everyone thank goodness is safe, it still pains me to see the city in such terrible conditions. Praying for every life affected, for the families experiencing unimaginable pain, and for the entire community of Cali. May God bring strength, comfort, protection, and healing during this devastating time.

Cali, mi tierra… estoy contigo. 🕊️🇨🇴 by @mailenis

First time trying a buccal massage, and I wasn’t expecting the instant sense of relief. It was the perfect balance of deep relaxation and tension release—I could literally feel the tightness melt away. Safe to say, I’ll be adding this to my self-care routine.

Paso Robles in California has got to be one of our favorite wine countries we go to. It’s close enough to LA, only about 2 hour drive or so.

Next time you go, be sure to go check out @daouvineyards
& of course @justinwine

Which one is our fav? BOTH 🤣 Stay at the @allegrettowines

Prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.

✨ When you take care of your body, mind, and well-being, you show up stronger for every part of your life.

🩷Rest, heal, nourish, and pour into yourself first.

🤌🏼You deserve the same care you so freely give to others. 🤍
