🌅 Amanecer!

🌅 Sunrise ! At the end of the Llevant dam, you can see the Far de la Banya, which was built in the Ebro delta with the design of Lucio del Valle in 1860. It is a unique witness of the metal lighthouses installed at the mouth of the Ebro river. .
The lighthouse, which was also the keeper’s home, came into operation in 1864 and was active until 1978, when a new concrete one was built.
In 1984 it was moved to the Port of Tarragona to protect it from demolition and, finally, restore it.
