Oh to be a Delta Woman. ❤️ To my LMC & MG, thank you for seeing my potential and guiding me to Delta. Your love, leadership, and the work you poured into me has never gone unnoticed. I love you both dearly, and I am forever grateful for the impact you’ve had on my journey. To my 36, God alone knows how much I needed each of you. I am beyond blessed to call you all my sisters. Through every high and every low, it has always been 37 D.O.D. vs everybody, and nothing will ever change that. Thank you for being the shoulders I could lean on, the laughter I could count on, and the sisterhood I prayed for. I truly could not imagine completing these last two years of undergrad without y’all beside me. Every memory we created is forever engraved in my heart, and I cannot wait to see what life has in store for us all. To my babies, the work starts now. Carry yourselves with humility, grace, and intention as Delta women. Many are called, but few are chosen. The yard is yours now, so run it well. Holding: Degree conferred. Note: Minor testimony entered-History. Final Remarks Before Adjournment: On May 16th, 2026, I graduated from Thee Illustrious Virginia State University. Through this journey, I was given the opportunity to break cycles, make a difference, and live the dream my mother once envisioned for me. Along the way, I made some of the best memories of my life and met people who now hold a permanent place in my heart. Every lesson, challenge, accomplishment, and experience shaped me into the woman I am today. So for that, VSU, I thank you.
