A premium Yakiniku experience in Melbourne 🥩✨

From the M9 Wagyu Beef to the fresh sashimi, everything was beautifully presented and incredibly fresh. My favourite was definitely the M9 Wagyu Beef. It was so tender and full of flavour 🤤

I also tried two new mocktails, the Strawberry Ramunade and Apple Melon Ramunade🍓🍏 Plus, look out for the new Frozen Mocktail menu featuring Frozen Mango Passionfruit and Frozen Nashi Pear which would be perfect for something refreshing alongside your Japanese BBQ.

Had some comforting Korean food at @seoul_ttukbaegi_ashburton, known as the “Masters of Korean soup” 🇰🇷🍲

Everything came out hot, hearty and packed with flavour, making the overall meal very satisfying. They also have a wide selection of other dishes that really add to the meal. My favourite being the Sausage & Rice Cake and the LA Galbi 🤤

📍Ilza Japanese Cafe, Multiple Locations in Melbourne

@ilzacafe never disappoints 🇯🇵✨ We tried their new Salmon Sashimi Yuzu Miso and it was so fresh and refreshing. The flavours were perfectly balanced and it was the perfect way to start our meal.

The menu has so much variety, from Japanese inspired brunch and desserts to drinks and sake, and we genuinely loved everything we tried.

My favourite was easily the Orange Matcha 🍊🍵 It is already up there as one of my favourite matcha flavours ever and I will definitely be coming back for another.

If you are looking for a Japanese café in Melbourne, ILZA is definitely one to add to your list.
