Let them forgive and overlook, do you not wish that Allah should forgive you? For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (24:22)

Suffering in the face of an injustice caused by another human being is often the greatest gift to purifying the heart...

For if one chooses to forgive (as elusive as it may be), then he/she chooses “freedom”... the freedom from being taken hostage by one’s ego... the freedom to liberate one’s heart from the agonizing pangs of vengeance... and the freedom to leave it all behind and walk towards Allah’s Ultimate Mercy... by @maishu75

To whom it may concern?
When droplets from orange rays fall on blue waters at dusk... a dream-like reflection of blissful times when they believed it all belonged to them... their good earth... the lakes... the trees swaying to lullabies sung by the winds deep into the night... and evergreens carrying the promise of life for generations to come... only to find out that this land was never theirs... as told by sounds of gunfire and haunting cries from men and women who dared to say “let us be free”...
