Not another teriyaki salmon 😉

For a 2–3 lb salmon fillet, coat with ¼ cup olive oil, ⅓ cup honey, 6 cloves fresh garlic, 1½ teaspoons salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Top with 1 cup crushed pistachios and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes, depending on thickness. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
