What happens before a ceramic tile becomes a surface?

Its form, glaze and firing all affect the way it ultimately looks and behaves.

Form determines proportion and relief.
Glaze controls colour, depth and reflectivity.
Firing fixes those qualities into the finished material.

The result is a surface that changes with light, texture and scale.

We look at materials from the process forward.
