《 Peaks beyond the forest 》

This was the extraordinary everyday view from the stay at Mcleodganj. It didn't get old no matter how many times I saw it. It always felt and looked beautiful.

I feel we should appreciate Nature much more than we do now. We should sit in complete silence and just absorb everything that we see and listen to the tiniest sounds of Nature.

《 Dawn of Mcleodganj 》

I always find the warm sunrise glow on the mountain peaks majestic. The utter silence, the cold breeze adds to the experience.

I want you to not just see these images but feel them. Take your time to observe the details, imagine yourself living in the scene. In the fast pace of Instagram we are slowly losing our ability to take our time and observe what we are seeing and feel the feelings it brings.

I hope you can feel what I felt while I was in the scene. You will.. if you put your heart into it :)

Thousands of stars 🌠

This was around 4:30 AM when I went outside to sit under the stars. It was cold and tranquil, something which we usually don't experience in our city lives.

The longer I looked at the night sky above, the more stars gradually became visible. It was a very calming and humbling sight.

I think it's time I share more moments from my Mcleodganj journey. Are you excited for new perspectives? :)

《 Spirit of Kutch 》

I experimented to capture parts of a whole scene with these images. Hope you enjoy this small series :)

Purely by chance, the 1st and the 4th image demonstrate contrast of the same subject (camel) which I just noticed!

《 Textures of the Rann 》

In the winter months the Great Lake of Kutch (salt marsh) slowly dries and becomes the Great White Rann of Kutch. The salt layer formed in the beginning is hard (2nd and 4th image) which then gradually softens as the salt layer completely dries out and becomes almost like soft snow (1st and 3rd image)

I was fortunate enough to be able to capture and experience both the phases of the salt layers within 2 days at different locations of the desert.

《 Memorable Sunset 》

I wish I could experience this sunset all over again. It was surreal! While the sun was setting the colors weren't visible but then after a while this burst of colors showed itself :)
