family is something we don’t always realize the importance of until life changes in ways we never expected. two months ago, our world changed forever when we heard the words no family is ever prepared for: “drew has cancer.” after what felt like forever, drew was diagnosed with EHE (epithelioid hemangioendothelioma), an ultra rare cancer with no cure. this journey has brought so many emotions, but it has also shown us the incredible strength, love, and support surrounding our family.
