Natural stone appears repeatedly in luxury interiors, but its appeal goes beyond price.

Variation, texture and visual weight can turn an ordinary surface into part of the architecture itself but material selection still needs to make sense for the space and the way it will be used.

Great design isn't simply about choosing expensive materials. It is knowing where and why to use them.

$1 million. 6 cities. 6 very different homes.
The meaning of luxury changes dramatically depending on where you are in the world.

In one market, the premium may be space. In another, location. Somewhere else, views, privacy or amenities may command the value that is what makes global property fascinating.

Lagos, London, Texas…: where would you spend your $1 million?

Why do some of the world's most beautiful homes appear to have less furniture, not more?
Because great design understands the value of space.

Luxury is not always about adding more.
Sometimes, knowing what to leave out is the design decision.

Welcome to Maizon Val Design School, where we look beyond beautiful homes and understand what makes them beautiful.

What makes a room feel luxurious to you?

Today, we celebrate the motherland and what it means to have a place we can truly call home. 🇳🇬

For Independence Day, we brought together some of our Lagos Celebrity Tour Homeowners to share what “home” means to them - a safe space, a place of comfort, belonging, and memories.

As we celebrate Nigeria today, we celebrate the homes, people, and communities that make this country ours.

Happy Independence Day, Nigeria! 🇳🇬💚🤍💚
Here’s to a nation we can all proudly call home.
