I just wrapped up my latest cake order design, and it made me pause for a second.
Because somewhere between layering colors and aligning elements, I realized something…

Every tiny detail matters — in cakes, in UX, and in life. 🎨✨

In UX, if you skip the “small things” — the research, the user interviews, the feedback loops — you’ll eventually circle back, not because you’re bad at what you do, but because you missed the process.

That’s the difference between the experienced and the amateur — one has learned that the process is the progress.

And just like life, the small steps are never wasted. They’re the foundation of everything lasting. 🌱

Igniting change as part of the leader of the SERVICOM Vanguard CDS group during my NYSC, I channeled the fiery principles from John Maxwell’s The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership to fuel our mission. Drawing on the Law of Influence, I rallied a dynamic team, sparking unity and passion for service excellence. I orchestrated bold community initiatives, from awareness campaigns to impactful projects, embodying the Law of Solid Ground by building trust and accountability. With Maxwell’s Law of Empowerment. My strategic flair and relentless drive forged a legacy of excellence, leaving an electrifying mark on our community and beyond. In this journey service, I unlearned and relearned a lots of things which honed my soft skills.
