I’ve taken a pause on macrame to pick up a new fiber skill…crochet!
All of my free time has gone into this piece, literally. I think I started it about 3 months ago 😅

I have so much more respect for the time and effort that goes into making crochet and knit pieces! They are no joke!

Super excited to finish up this one though, almost there!!! Just need to stitch it all together.

Any guesses on what the final piece will be? 🤔🙃

While rewatching all of the Lord of the Rings 🧝🏼‍♀️ movies for the thousandth time this past weekend, I experimented to make these bebé rainbows!

They’re super tiny little key-rings hand stitched together for extra durability.

Should I make more of these little guys?! What color combinations would you like to see? 🤍 taken in Honolulu, Hawaii by @majo.made

Wristlets! I love making these practical pieces!

I gotta get around to making one for myself so my partner doesn’t have to hold my keys every time I forget a bag 😬

Definitely one of the parts that I find the most difficult to do is to post photos of the different pieces I’ve done and be active on Instagram.

Social media is a beast! Sometimes really great, sometimes not so great.

I hope to only use this tool to inspire and bring some awareness to how truly wonderful handmade items can be. How we’re supporting our neighbors, friends, and kind acquaintances makes the biggest difference for good over choosing to support big box stores and chains.
The change that we have the most impact on is the small things around us.
Besides, the corporate giants don’t do a little happy dance when they receive a new order🕺🤪 taken in Oahu, Hawaii by @majo.made

Newwww design! 🌊
The ocean has been one of the only things keeping me sane while fostering a young puppy 🐶
This piece is a tribute to her and her tumultuous whims and wise ways. 💙
Made with recycled cotton that would’ve otherwise been doomed for the landfill and ultimately our oceans. Protect where you play, reuse what you have, and support sustainability

Attempting to get better at posting up some of the more random pieces I make 🥴 it’s so fun to experiment with these hoops!
Looking for somewhere to source mirrors to go inside these pieces also. Let me know if a piece like this is something you’re interested in!
