My boys are out of school today so they get a chance to have two hours on the devices today. I am so proud of their growth and development. I must say God showed my great favor in the wife I have and the mother she is. These four kiddos have definitely stretched us and strengthened us at the same time.

Anyone else can relate? Talk to me!

Without systems, you're not running a business. You're running in circles.

Here's the difference:

WITH SYSTEMS:
Clear processes. Consistent results. Time saved. Money saved. Scalable growth. Aligned team. Peace of mind.

WITHOUT SYSTEMS:
Wasted hours. Money lost to errors. Chaos. Stalled growth. Confusion. Burnout.

Entrepreneurs don't lose money because of bad ideas. They lose it because there's no system to catch it.

Build the system before you need the system.

Drop a ⚙️ if you're done doing it all manually.

From Chapter I of Use Everybody Again, The Truth About Using People:

We prefer the illusion of purity. We want success without influence, progress without persuasion, leadership without hierarchy. We want to believe that if intentions are good enough, results will somehow align on their own.

They don't.

Outcomes are shaped, consciously or unconsciously, by those willing to influence.

If you refuse to acknowledge this, you do not eliminate leverage. You simply hand it to someone else.

This book will change how you see every relationship you already have.

Being a loving dad is one thing, but being able to afford the things your kids need and want is being stripped from so many due to the rising cost of everything. But I do feel like better days are upon us, especially those who asses and adjust. #staymajorvated
