It was a real pleasure steeping in for @slambinodrums and working with @therejects for a couple of days. Great people and crew all around and it was totally my privilege to be a part of 2 great shows. #livesound #loudnoises #livemusic by @mak.audio.guy

Taking out the @wavesaudio LV1 classic out tonight for @LuKala because I feel confident in running FOH and the broadcast mix on this thing. Having the best limiters and compressors at my fingertips makes this an ideal console for this application. by @mak.audio.guy

Ever wonder what gives a mix that final polish and “glue”?
The SSL Master Bus Compressor on the LV1 ties it all together — punch, warmth, and balance in one move.

💡 Featured on our Waves LV1 system, available for rental at @jbav.show

All kidding aside, I still love guitar amps, but the truth is, when you’re flying or traveling, they just take up too much space, make too much noise on smaller stages and if you’re backlining them, the tone is inconsistent. We use the @neuraldsp Quad Cortex and @official_line6 HX Stomp because they sound great, are consistent and give us the results we want every single time. I love taking the time to mic up a cab as much as the next guy, but time is money, and these are worth every penny. This was the setup for @alexstkitts and @jontucker16 for our little rip with @shawnaustinmusic #livesound #loudnoises #studiosound #guitar #guitaramp #digitalamp #digitalamplification #stompbox #quadcortex #hxstomp by @mak.audio.guy

This is definitely the most surprising microphone I’ve ever come across. I can’t speak of it any higher. @neumann.berlin and @sennheiser knocked this out of the park. I use a lot of high end capsules, but this, in my opinion, is the most consistent smooth sounding vocal mic there is. #livesound #microphone #wirelessmic #studiosound #loudnoises #fueledbymargaritas by @mak.audio.guy
