Breakfast and making lunchboxes just got a lot easier.

I am loving the new All Gold Jam packaging. It is the same trusted All Gold Jam we all know and love, only now it’s super easy and convenient. And you know the best part? No can opener needed. The taste is delicious, and it’s perfect for snacks, breakfast and kids’ lunchboxes.

I’m 30 and I’m a bit
embarrassed to admit that:

I’m still terrified of waking up to a handsome guy. I can overthink it so much that I eventually find a way to make myself invisible.

Your Mental Health Matters

She carries so much.
The expectations. The responsibilities. The pressure to be everything to everyone.
But behind the strength, there can be anxiety. Burnout. Depression. Loneliness.
And sometimes, she needs support too.
Because looking after your mental health isn’t a luxury.
It’s part of looking after your whole self.

At Momentum Medical Scheme, they believe women deserve access to support for their mental wellbeing — through every stage of life.

From navigating motherhood and major life changes, to managing stress, anxiety and depression, getting help should never feel like a weakness.

If you know my son, you’d know he likes packing his own lunch box every
morning. With the Steri Stumpie it is a family favourite! Now in a handy 200ml pack, it’s perfect for lunchboxes. Same delicious real-milk flavour just the right size. What’s your little one’s favourite flavour?
