Make5 Notes: 2026 John Lucas Be Elite Invitational @jlenterprises1

@make5media

2028 | 6’3” G | Yasir Turner | Coatesville (PA) @yasirturner3

One of my eye-catchers of the weekend. Turner is a quiet but effective guard who finds ways to impact the game. He does a good job taking advantage of mismatches, getting paint touches and creating opportunities for himself and his teammates.

He plays with a composed approach and doesn’t need a lot of attention to make an impact. He’s definitely worth keeping an eye on. taken in MI3 Center by @make5media

2029 | 6’4” G | Austin Dottin | St. Francis Prep (NY) @newheightsnyc

Smooth, skilled PG who made an impact in my Saturday viewing. He caught my attention first at a UA session. Even with only playing Saturday, he stood out with his skill level and ability to make plays.

Dottin has excellent body control and does a good job creating space with his frame. He makes it look easy going right or left when breakdown defenders.

Dottin has that classic up-north guard skill and toughness. Just needs to be more vocal and active defensively. I must keep up with him this season, he’s good Coaches! taken in MI3 Center by @make5media

2028 | 6’4” G | Luke Henderson | Cinco Ranch HS (TX) @cinco_hoops

Long, lengthy and agile guard with a solid offensive package. Henderson is a capable slasher who uses his length when attacking the basket and finishing at the rim.

He can score at all three levels effectively both on and off the ball. Henderson was one of my eye catchers of the weekend. taken in MI3 Center by @make5media

2028 6’9” F/C Emmanuel Nwabuoku | Houston Christian HS (TX) @jl3eliteeyb___

Long, athletic frontcourt prospect with a strong understanding of his position. Nwabuoku is a gifted athlete and effective rim protector who finishes through contact. He runs the floor well in transition and can play effectively with his back to the basket or facing up.

His length, mobility, and athleticism give him a variety of ways to impact the game on both ends. Very talented prospect with plenty of upside.

2029 | 6’7” SF | Eli Murray | St. Francis Prep (NY) @newheightsnyc

Eli Murray continues to show consistency in our second viewing. Good frame with a straight forward driving game attacking either right or left. Scores through contact and plays with physicality around the basket.

His second jump stood out, allowing him to create extra opportunities on the offensive glass and finish. He’s a developing forward who continues to show offensive consistency and upside. taken in MI3 Center by @make5media

2029 | 6’9” F | Wekem Herbert | Jordan Christian Prep (FL) @jcp_basketballprogram @se_elite_3ssb

Wekem Herbert is a high-upside 2029 forward who continues to make his presence felt on both ends of the floor. He’s an athletic finisher around the rim with the ability to challenge offensive plays as a help-side defender and rim protector.

Herbert has also been putting work into his off the bounce game, giving him another dimension offensively as he develops his ability to attack from the perimeter.

I’ve been telling people about Herbert, this is a 2029 prospect you need to know! taken in MI3 Center by @make5media

2028 | 6’4” G | Jordan Mitchell | Link Academy (MO) @babyluka15

Jordan Mitchell is a strong, physical downhill guard who will pressure the defense. He plays with a high motor and attacks the rim with confidence, showing a willingness to take chances and make plays through traffic.

He creates advantages when he’s locked in going downhill. Mitchell is an active, competitive guard whose energy and attacking style can impact the game. taken in MI3 Center by @make5media
