Pad Gaprao. I’m late as far as the instagram news cycle goes (I didn’t have the basil!) but shoutout to @harvard for making one of the most comical versions I’ve ever seen. Usually, I’m here complaining about the use of Thai basil instead of holy basil in the dish. Using broccoli and green onions has unlocked a new level of satire. The time is here. I have a forest of holy basil,so you must eat pad gaprao. In the past, I’ve done this as one large quantity drop, but this time I’m planning to do small drops of just 5-10 orders, multiple days throughout the week, until the garden transitions to no more basil. งบปลาแซลมอน salmon with curry paste wrapped in banana leaves. Ngop is similar to hor mok but grilled instead of steamed.. can have coconut milk or not and differs depending on region or cook. Basically many ways to make it like all dishes. #makebistro by @makebistro

crazy two weeks, but sometimes you must pick your holy basil on the boat to the gig not only for maximum freshness but because there was no other time to do it. basil cut on wednesday, stored in water room temp [it’s still perfect even though] lasted no problem traveling on thursday and then using it last friday - still peak because of the care. the garden is out of control.. I promise I may do a pad gaprao pickup soon, I’ve just been very slammed with leo care and #makebistro by @makebistro
