Pinch me, if this is a dream I don’t want to wake up! ✨

Today we celebrated the launch of the magical @cathkidston Nutcracker range. It was such a delight to share the @makebox.co crafts collection in the most beautiful venue, the @royalballetandopera house in Covent Garden.

We were joined by a gorgeous array of people for a lunch, fit for a fairytale. 🪄

Hosted by my beautiful pal Holly Marler, Creative Director at Cath Kidston & the exquisite @londonballerina - sharing the beauty of ballet and creativity.

It was such a treat to share some craft kits with Lauren, what a beautiful day. Just call me Cinderella!

So, when are we doing this again? I’m free next week…

Hannah ❤️

The magical moment is here ✨ the one I wait for and prepare for all year. I am delighted, no overjoyed to share with you, Christmas at MakeBox & Co.

This year has been inspired by the theme “midnight at the manor” (yes the Traitors may have had some influence!) We gave sumptuous velvets, glass beads and rich tones. All perfectly designed to create a set of heirloom crafts. Plus a fun Santas plate project for the whole family to enjoy.

All of these lovingly designed projects are now live on the website! (No pre orders required) shipping now!

I would adore it if you would visit our website to learn more: www.makebox.co

Love,

Hannah ❤️

Happy Halloween! 🎃

We have had a fun week - pumpkin picking, cardboard costume making (prizes for anyone who can guess who it is! 🤣), gourd nose wearing and cookie decorating!

Have a great one witches!

Love,

Han 🧡🧙🏻

I’ve loved designing and making all of these designs. 🎄But I just cannot decide which one is my favourite, which is yours? Each is so much fun to make and so festive, but all very different!

We have some big news, I feel a little emotional about this one. It’s a big change but for all the right reasons. 🐝

We started MakeBox as a subscription box but in the last 7 years have grown into much more. Which is why we are moving away from subscriptions and replacing it with a monthly membership. This means you actually get far more for your money and get first looks at our seasonal ranges.

The tiles do all the talking, and to learn more you can see The Make Club tag on the website.

A personal thank you to all our subscribers, especially to those who have followed our story since the beginning. This is just a new way to have more choice over your boxes by offering you the whole range, not just one monthly box to choose from.

We feel right now this is the right evolution. And are thrilled so many of you have already signed up!

Thank you for your ongoing support,

Love,

Hannah & Brendan

What a glorious afternoon picking the last crop of Dahlia’s - right now is the time to go if you can get to a pick your own.

These joyful flowers are one of my favourites and in a filled there’s not much more joyful!

Each one, unique. Dahlias symbolize inner strength, grace under pressure, dignity, creativity, and standing out from the Crowd! So a flower I like to say I can relate to.

Love,

Han 🌸

Thinking of all the parents out there, who like us have lost a child. This evening we remember them through “the wave of light”. This is poignant moment every year, that anyone affected by baby or child loss is welcomed to reflect, the light represents unity in loss all over the world.

So we take a moment today to think of our Bertie Bee and all that he would have been. Always remembered in our hearts, the son we didn’t see grow.

Sending my love to all out there who understand this moment.

Love,

Hannah
