This is In my Heart, an anthem for loving yourself exactly as you are, and knowing that when you are truly in your heart loving there is no room for fear

I’m trying to promote In My Heart rn, which is out and you’ll love it if you give it a listen, but I found this clip of Touch the Ground, which is so so special to me and I had to share. This is a song that wrote me rather than the other way around

Each time I take a step and stand in all of me my body takes a breath and I feel more at ease and I’m afraid of nothing when I’m in my heart
