IT'S ALIVE... IT'S ALIIIIIVE! ⚡🍇🧟 Deep inside a dark and stormy castle, a mad scientist has been conducting some very important experiments... A few ordinary grapes, a little candy coating, one conveniently timed lightning storm... and BEHOLD! Fruit Riot Spooky Grapes have been brought to life! ⚡ We had a monstrously good time creating this Halloween spot for Fruit Riot, with questionable laboratory practices, and a scientist who might be taking his snack development a little too seriously. Some experiments should never see the light of day. This one belongs in the freezer. 👻 Happy Halloween from all of us at MAKE! 🎃 #FruitRiot #SpookyGrapes #Halloween #Animation #MAKE by @makegallery
Happy National Cat Day! 🐈 We love cats. They're sweet, affectionate, adorable little creatures who bring so much joy into our lives. They're also tiny agents of chaos who destroy everything we own and somehow convince us to thank them for it. But look at those little faces. What are we supposed to do... hold them accountable? 🙂 One of our amazing summer interns, @angiekoh_anim , created this wonderfully chaotic little tribute to our feline overlords. Give your cat some extra love today. They've worked very hard doing absolutely nothing productive. #NationalCatDay #Cats #Animation #MAKE #makevisual by @makegallery
We're heading to LightBox Expo 2026! 🎨 A few days surrounded by incredible artists, animation, illustration, and people who are just as obsessed with making cool stuff as we are! Yeah... we're pretty excited. 🙂 The MAKE team will be there to meet fellow creatives, reconnect with friends, discover new talent, and get inspired by all the amazing work happening in our industry. If you're attending, we'd love to say hello! Whether you're a freelance artist, director, potential collaborator, or just want to nerd out about animation... let's connect. We're attending as both MAKE and MAKE Originals, so for the first time, if you want to chat with us about commercials and brand films that's on the menu. Who's going to LightBox this year? Drop a comment or send us a message! #LightBoxExpo #LBX2026 #Animation #Artists #MAKE by @makegallery

Huge thank you to everyone who's making this film happen. Fishing games always make it look easy... Created by @marikatures during her internship at MAKE for National Go Fishing Day!! This piece has so much charm. The animation feels familiar in all the right ways, drawing from classic video game fishing mechanics where the cast holds the possibility of treasure, junk, or King of the Pond. It's a simple idea executed with a lot of personality... aka an extremely cute cat design. We loved seeing how Malika reeled this one in. #Animation #AnimationIntern #NationalGoFishingDay #GameArt #DigitalArt #MAKE by @makegallery
Arguably one of the most important days to celebrate… World Art Day. We couldn’t wait to share this piece made with such intention by @_meniram_ during their summer internship at MAKE. It leans into that space between what feels familiar and what feels just a little off. The mystery, beauty, "normalcy"… all present, but gently warped into a version of reality that’s open to interpretation, and that's art for ya. There’s real care in how the animation unfolds in the pacing, and in the way the concept holds and lets you settle into it. Even in the small, almost hypnotic details, like time passing in a way that feels strangely… digestible. Turning something abstract into something you can feel, even briefly, is no small thing. We loved seeing the world through Marine’s eyes. #Art #Animation #AnimationIntern #WorldArtDay #MAKE by @makegallery
We love to make work that’s all about going SPICIER, being more FLAVORFUL, and packing that EXTRA heat in every frame. So we had to share this clip. Not every ad we take on calls for Anime, but when it does, we go all in. Every frame does exactly what it should: over-the-top expressions, dynamic movement, and animation that looks, feels, and tastes immersive. Plus spicy noodles?? C'mon, it's Anime gold. #2danimation #anime #animationtest #animation #creativestudio #animationstudio #makevisual #MAKE by @makegallery
Love is everywhere. Sometimes it looks like two people, or two flowers. Sometimes it looks like two dogs… or two planets sharing the same orbit. Created by the talented @mavzip during her internship at MAKE, this eye-candy piece explores the many ways love can manifest. Each transition reveals a new pairing, a new world, and a reminder that connection shows up in more ways than we expect. A simple yet resonant concept, executed with ever-so-smooth transitions and a carefully crafted world where love is simply everywhere, Marissa turned a small window of time into a looping love note designed to be shared with someone you love, like… or are simply thinking about this Valentine’s Day. #Art #Animation #AnimationIntern #ValentinesDay #MAKE by @makegallery
Some of you are Never-hatters... you think your head is too small. Too big. But today is for Hat Believers. Those who have the confidence that for every head, there's the right hat, just waiting... Thank you, Kiu Cheung, for celebrating all the different heads and styles that wouldn't feel right without a hat on em'. The infinite zoom concept really pulls you in and allows Kiu to transition between diverse worlds and characters ever so smoothly. Whether it's an open door or a blooming meadow, there's always something new to notice on every rewatch. #art #animation #illustration #intern #animationintern #2danimation #makegallery by @makegallery
Today’s National Bubble Bath Day. Let these 10 seconds wash over you. Created by @hannah.coan Hand-drawn effects animation was the core of the piece, as the popping bubble plunges us underwater into a dreamscape where time pauses and we sink into a new world. Making something this considered is difficult in its simplicity, but doing it while balancing multiple challenges is why we all need 10 seconds to lose ourselves in this visual escape. Hannah nailed that balance in her internship, turning a tiny window of time into an escapist vignette that lives happily in its own dream world. #art #animation #illustration #intern #animationintern #2danimation #makegallery by @makegallery
