New refurb... who dis??? 👀✨Check out the incredible transformation of the ground floor of our Barking building! The former home of our bar and live music venue, Factory 15, has been completely reimagined as a bright, modern and professional office space. We’re delighted to welcome our new anchor tenants, Sternberg Reed, to their new home.A huge thank you to our partners at Gute, especially Project Manager Aiste Keizeryte, for helping deliver the project to such an exceptional standard. Special thanks also to our Head of Operations, Jon Paul, whose hard work and leadership ensured the project was completed ahead of schedule.Here’s to an exciting new chapter for the building! 🎉 by @makeitlondon
