I've realised how much things have changed in the last few years, positive things and negative things of all sorts, its a shame that we dont have as much time as before to make music be creative and yet theres still so many ideas in our head that need to be put out in the real world. I had a lot of perspective lately and I do feel like I've changed positively as a person and I'm trying my best to find little spaces of time to do and make what I enjoy. This video has been recorded on a Fujifilm Finepix x100 (the first generation) edited on a 2009 mac pro with avid media composer and the audio track is fully live recorded with no edits, It was incredibly hot in Rome that day and me and Francesco were struggling to make anything for more than an hour at a time without needing a break. Ah, no AI was used for this video or this text. -Alessandro taken in Rome, Italy by @makeitspin.xyz

MARIO/PLATFORM is a double single inspired by the releases that came before the streaming revolution. Mario is inspired by Video Games, Dubstep, our music and vocals remixed for the future: Jazzy harmonies, dub bass, Mario samples, ultra-swinged drums with 909 high hats and a four-on-the-floor kicks for the second drop. Platform is the soundtrack to a journey: Classic UKG drums with a Tresillo kick pattern, electronica-inspired with stutter and spacey synths. An emotional dance trip. Exclusive for BandCamp, SoundCloud and YouTube. Free to download. No AI was used during the entire production. by @makeitspin.xyz

So Simple/Nokia! is a double single, inspired by the releases that preceded the streaming revolution. The tracks are composed individually by us, and they represent: 1. The Duality between us 2. The contrast between analog and digital 3. Letting go of the past "nostalgia" and the new direction of the project. The transition into a new sound. Both tracks are built using garage drums, deep and simple bass lines and broken vocals. They still are reminiscent of the previous releases as they quickly transition to a new more club-focused sound. These songs are exclusively going to be released on BandCamp, Soundcloud and Youtube. No Al was used during the entire production. Drawings: @brunilda067 Production, Mixing, Vocals: Alessandro Morgia Production, Mixing, Vocals, Mastering: Francesco Paradisi by @makeitspin.xyz

THERE WAS A TIME There was a time When we were satisfied Memories of the rain On a warm summer day White socks, cuffed jeans We were only seventeen Outside all night Catching all the lights Smoke outside the car  Please wake me up AMO! I thought I was losing my mind Give me just a minute to think You can come back at my place And look for the answer This life is making me panic I was giving you all the credit Though diffusion meditation I need some sort of compensation I thought I was losing my mind Give just a minute to think You can come back at my place And look for the answer This life is making me panic I was giving you all the credit Though diffusion meditation I need some sort of compensation ABOUT YOU Why you wouldn’t talk to me? Why you wouldn’t stay with me? Why you wouldn’t talk to me? Why you wouldn’t talk to me? Why you wouldn’t talk to me? Why you wouldn’t stay with me?  Why you wouldn’t talk to me? Why you wouldn’t stay with me?  COVID 2_NOKIA Last time we spoke it was on a Nokia Now I’m trying to find my head, the key One day I’ll be something, someone One day I’ll be something, someone And I become numb I can’t feel anything The smallest things  Makes me lose my head THE DREAM Even if you find it hard Not to think about it I’m scared that this might end soon And the memories we had Will fade with time How do we live this moment? THE DAYS ARE SLOWER Good moments together Does not last forever Memories stay with us Mistakes never stop The days are going slower The days are slower Good moments together Does not last forever Memories stay with us Mistakes never stop 5PM It’s 5 PM again My hearing has gone numb And I pick my consciousness By biting the skin on my finger Seeking the present from meaningless things We commute to our favorite shoebox Hoping the next orgasm will be the answer It’s 5 PM again It’s 5 PM The attention span that was already gone from the childhood drama Gets burned away by the continuous stimulation Burned retina, burned the, last cigarette #spedup #concert #escapethenoise #brainrot by @makeitspin.xyz
