I’m Kate, and I’m so excited to be joining the TREMBLE team at both Spartanburg and Columbia! I’m from Chapin, SC, and I’ll be a freshman at Wofford College this fall. I grew up as a competitive cheerleader, and when I discovered TREMBLE, I instantly fell in love! The challenging low impact and high intensity workouts, combined with the incredible energy and community, had me hooked from day one!
