TWO THOUSAND CLASSES FOR THE INSTRUCTOR’S INSTRUCTOR. Madison Van Horne has officially taught 2,000 TREMBLE classes! After a few years in Utah honing her craft and deepening her relationship with movement, Madison found her way home to South Florida. Back to where she grew up. Back to the community that raised her. And eventually, under the red lights at TREMBLE Palm Beach County. Madison notices *everything*. She is relentlessly curious about the body and equally curious about people. The first to offer to sub. The first to take another instructor’s class. The first to send the text afterward telling you what she loved. As one of our lead educators, she has become our instructor’s instructor - helping teachers find their confidence, understand their bodies, sharpen their craft, and go from good to great. When Madison tells an instructor they’re ready, it means something. But what makes this milestone particularly beautiful is that South Florida probably isn’t where Madison would choose to roam free forever. Give her mountains. Give her rivers. Give her open land and somewhere to disappear into the distance. And yet, for this chapter, she has chosen here. She has chosen these studios. These instructors. These clients. This community. She has chosen to pour everything she has learned elsewhere back into the place that first raised her - improving the quality of movement, teaching, and human connection in her own backyard. Madison has always said, “the only way is through, with purpose.” Through every season, Madison has kept showing up - learning, teaching, growing, and giving more of herself to this community. 2,000 classes later, we are all better because of it. There are people who leave an impression the moment you meet them. @sophianatalie_ is one of those people! We affectionately call Sophia “The Opener.” She opened our very first class ever in PBC at 6:30 a.m. in TREMBLE Boca with one client (shout out Tiffany). From that day forward, she’s led exactly the same way she teaches - calm, thoughtful, and relentlessly consistent. At TREMBLE, we often say, “more is caught than taught,” and no one lives that out better than Sophia. She has a quiet confidence, genuine warmth, and a presence that immediately puts people at ease. As one of our lead educators, every instructor-in-training works with Sophia - not only to learn our method, but to learn how great coaches think. Her background as a behavioral therapist shapes every interaction. She listens to understand. She leads with curiosity. She doesn’t just coach the workout - she coaches the person before she coaches the movement. She helps people become more present, more confident, and more capable. And then there’s the reformer. Just when you think there isn’t another way to move on the machine, Sophia finds one. She has an extraordinary understanding of the TREMBLE method and an unmatched ability to make the familiar feel brand new. Her creativity doesn’t complicate the workout - it deepens it, helping every client build greater strength, awareness, and confidence one class at a time. Her classes are rooted in fundamentals, delivered with creativity, and to top it all off, she has one of the calmest voices you’ll ever hear in group fitness. Congratulations on 1,000 classes, Sophia! There is truly no one like you. All of Palm Beach County is better because you chose to build alongside us. @kiersten.fit.co Founding PBC instructor. Educator. Coach. Leader. For the last 3 years, Kiersten has quietly shown our community what excellence looks like. Not through ego. Not through attention. But through service. She believes every class matters. Every client matters. Every opportunity to connect matters. When WPB opened and we were short on instructors in Boca, she commuted across the county for months, catching rides from friends, taking Ubers, doing whatever it took. She simply found a way because her clients needed her. Kiersten doesn’t just teach movement - she teaches what it means to serve. She reminds our instructors that no perfect day is required. She encourages every client to show up exactly as they are. And she has an incredible gift for helping people leave feeling stronger, more hopeful, and more capable than when they walked in. Kiersten has also become one of the most influential educators on our team, helping new instructors learn not just the TREMBLE method, but the mindset behind it. To Kiersten, group fitness has never been about a packed room. Some of her favorite classes are the smallest ones. Because smaller classes mean more coaching. More connection. More opportunities to truly change someone’s day. She constantly reminds our team that leaders don’t wait for perfect circumstances, they serve the people in front of them. Every studio has that one instructor whose laugh you can hear before you see them. For us, that’s @mollycianchette. 
 Over the past two years, Molly has coached more than 2,000 TREMBLE classes across Boca, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Miami, NYC, the Hamptons, and beyond. Wherever Molly went, she represented the TREMBLE brand with professionalism, humility, and an unwavering commitment to her clients. Throughout this journey, Molly never chased attention. She chased mastery. She said yes to every opportunity, put her head down, and did the work. Early mornings, late nights, educator trainings, workshops, travel, mentorship - she embraced every challenge and, in doing so, has become one of the most respected instructors and fitness professionals in the country. Molly’s preparation, consistency, and care became contagious. Hundreds of clients found confidence through her coaching, and dozens of instructors became better because she generously shared what she had learned.

Molly never matched the energy of the room. She set it. 

She brought calm confidence, genuine joy, and complete presence. And because of that, clients trusted her immediately. She led with presence, warmth, and sprinkled in just enough humor to make even the hardest sequences feel lighter. The beautiful thing about climbing a mountain is that eventually you reach the summit. And sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is look out at the view, appreciate how far you’ve come, and begin searching for the next mountain. That’s exactly where Molly is today. This week marks Molly’s final week teaching regularly with TREMBLE PBC as she begins an exciting chapter filled with travel, adventure, and new life in New York City. While we’re going to miss Molly’s infectious energy, we couldn’t be more excited for everything ahead.
