make a holiday focaccia w me 😊 the dough is best made 3 days in advance and refrigerated but you can let it rise for 3 hours in a time crunch! Recipe is below👇

Holiday Focaccia Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
2 tsp of instant yeast
2 tsp of salt
2 cups water
Steps:
Mix all dry ingredients first then add water. Mix until the dough forms a ball and slather it with a lot of olive oil. Cover the bowl tightly and stick it in the fridge.
Remove dough from bowl and deflate. Place in a well buttered and oiled pan. Let sit and rest in pan for 2-4 hours. Next, dimple the dough w olive oil and flakey sea salt and rosemary. Arrange your design of toppings and cover it with more olive oil again. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 mins until it's golden and hollow when you tap the top. Let cool for 30 mins. #recipe #christmasfoodideas #vlogmas #breadmaking taken in Newport Beach, California by @makeitwithmerce
