Good food, GREAT people! Wonderful turnout for this weeks wine Wednesday. I cheffed up some delicious al pastor tacos with a spicy and tangy mango pico. Sam was on one with the craft margarita he made, really good stuff! Enjoy, be kind ✌️ by @makeitwitmike

Fliet mignon, side caesar salad, and the wine is a gift from my uncle who’s in town, a Muga Rioja Reserva 2022, paired really well. Also, life hack, buy a whole beef tenderloin from Costco and you can get these filets for around $10-$15 a steak! Enjoy, be Kind ✌️ by @makeitwitmike

Barbecue ribs on flame grill. First time making ribs like this, and they came out awesome. Super tender but there’s still bite to them. Total cook time was a little over 3 hrs. Such a treat! Enjoy, be kind ✌️ by @makeitwitmike
