We won’t stop talking about knife crime until every child is educated about the risks.

The more we make our voices heard about this horrific issue affecting our communities, the more children can receive life-changing talks from our anti-knife crime speakers.

Want to play your part in stopping knife crime? Donate to our charity and support our incredible school speakers. Just £2 educates one child about the consequences of knife crime, along with lifesaving first aid demonstrations.

💛 Nahir lost both his parents and has found support and guidance at his local youth club. He recently confided in our Charity Lead, Loti, reminding us why we do this work 💔

This Christmas, our campaign reached 8 youth clubs and nearly 500 young people across the UK. Huge thanks to our volunteers and supporters-you make this possible ❤️ Through his pain, he gave us the biggest smile as we walked into the youth club, a really strong soul.

In the new year, we’ll be going back with more talks, workshops, and mentoring for Nahir and other young people at the club.

⚠️ Urgent help needed: One youth club needs building support (windows, toilets, facilities). If you can help, get in touch!

Youth clubs are vital to our communities 🤍
They create togetherness, offer a safe space, keep young people away from the streets, and provide somewhere they can find hope, confidence, and support.
This Christmas, our campaign was proud to support Central Youth Club with an aspirations talk and a gift for every young person. The work this club does day in, day out is truly incredible.
If you’d like to help us support @cenny_youth_club with a year-long programme of aspirations talks, careers guidance, and confidence-building support - creating real opportunities for young people - please DM us for more information.
This Christmas and into next year, we welcome your support as we continue working together to make a difference.

🎄 Manchester friends - can you help?
We’re looking for Christmas trees to donate to a residential home for young people, helping make their home feel warm and festive this Christmas.

If you’re replacing your tree, have a spare in good condition, or know a local business that could donate one, we’d love to hear from you. Decorations would be lovely too! ❤️

Please message us if you can help, or share this post so we can reach more people in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

A little kindness can make a big difference.

If you’re able to deliver, that would be a huge help. If not, one of our volunteers can arrange to collect. by @makelifekindfoundation

Give Gear. Give Belonging.
👟⚽️

A huge thank you to @nbgivesback for supporting Make Life Kind and helping us get more young people active, confident and feeling like they belong.

These donations are about so much more than sportswear. They give young people the opportunity to take part, build confidence, feel included and simply enjoy being themselves. ❤️

We’re incredibly grateful for the continued support and for helping us make a real difference in communities.

Thank you, New Balance Foundation. 🙌

The Make Life Kind Team, Emma, Loti, Kyle and Ben.

🚧 We Need Your Help 🚧

A Liverpool youth club we work with is a lifeline for young people aged 8–18, providing a safe space, hot meals, trusted mentors, and opportunities that help keep them away from home challenges, exploitation and harm.

We’re currently renovating the club to create new homework areas, creative spaces, gaming and social rooms, and improve facilities including damaged windows and the football pitch used every day by young people.

We are looking for businesses, tradespeople, and community supporters who can help through donations, materials, skills, or volunteer time.

Whether you’re a builder, plumber, electrician, glazier, decorator, or simply someone who wants to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Every contribution helps us create a better future for the young people who rely on this club.

Please get in touch if you can help, and come and see the impact for yourself.

Last month, the Make Life Kind team joined the Premier League Foundation and hundreds of young people from across England and Wales for the Premier League Inspires Challenge celebration event.

#PLInspires uses the power of football to help young people develop life skills, access mentoring opportunities and lead meaningful social action within their communities.

We were proud to be part of such an inspiring event and to hear directly from young people about the innovative ideas and actions they are taking to support positive mental wellbeing. Their passion, creativity and commitment to making a difference in their communities was truly inspiring.

Alongside showcasing their social action projects, participants took part in skills sessions and workshops exploring how football can help champion positive mental wellbeing, break down stigma and create environments where everyone can thrive.

A huge congratulations to all the young people involved for their hard work, leadership and dedication.

What a fantastic few days during half term with @manchesterunitedfoundation, our amazing Loti delivered some workshops in the sun on Resilience and we can safely say the scores from before and after the talk are proof these convocations work!💬🙌🏽💯

Looking forward to doing more days like this as the summer time approaches🌞
