I am still blown away at this before and after.
Idk about you, but i'm a huge skeptic.

Happy Birthday, Mama. ✨️♥️

You were an incredible light, and somehow, that light still shines in my heart.

Life was hard and heavy for so many years, and there were so many things about you that I didn’t understand then. I wish you were here now so I could tell you, I love you. I understand you. And I’m sorry.

I say that with a little giggle, a half smile, and a tear in my eye because… well, mommin’ ain’t easy. 🤣 But healing ain’t easy either. 🥹

I see you now, Mom.
I hear you.
And I wish I could tell you that you were never alone. ♥️

Thank you for your bravery.

I think so many of us go through life wondering if we were good enough. But maybe what matters most is what we leave behind in the hearts of the people we love.

You were at every game, screaming louder than anyone. I could always hear you.

When I cried, when I felt weak, when I didn’t believe in myself, you reminded me how amazing I was. You made me feel worthy.

You showed me what a good man I have and how deeply he loves me. You gave me strength. You showed me your weaknesses too, and because of that, I’ve been able to recognize them, understand them, and heal pieces of myself.

And somehow, you are still always in my head.

Telling me I’m good enough.
That I’m beautiful.
That I’m wonderful.
That I’m worthy. ♥️

And I wish more than anything I could look at you today and tell you the same:

Mom, you were good enough too.
You were beautiful.
You were wonderful.
And you were worthy.

I love you.
I understand you more now.
And I miss you more than words could ever say.

THIS IS 40. 🖤🔥

In a world of AI, filters, edits, and perfection…

this is raw.

Natural hair.Natural makeup.Natural body.No hiding. No apologizing.I bare it all — because at 40, I have never felt more comfortable in my own skin.

Forty years old.A mom to two young boys.A wife of ten years… and ready for another sexy ten. 🔥

But this woman didn’t appear overnight.

I’ve walked through seasons that burned away versions of me I had outgrown.I’ve been tested. Stretched. Humbled. Rebuilt.

And somewhere in that fire, I found her.

This moment was life changing for me. ✨️

I thought I was building a body.
Turns out, I was building a woman I had never met before.

137 days of discipline. Sacrifice. Doubt. And Growth.

With an injured offseason, whiplash six weeks from hitting stage, seizures that had me bedridden for ten days less than six weeks from hitting stage...

And then, for one perfect moment, I turned around, threw my arms open, and felt it—
I wasn't pretending to be the Phoenix anymore.

I had become HER. 🪽🔥

Second place in both classes, standing beside the woman who went on to take the overall. And somehow, the trophy isn't what I'll remember most.

I'll remember THIS moment.

The moment I felt completely powerful. Completely alive. Completely proud of the woman standing on that stage.

She didn't rise from the ashes.
She rose because of them. ❤️‍🔥
