2 common questions get asked: Are you done for good if not, when are you coming back? Did you retire?

I had to completely step away without warning. For that, I have to apologize for my clients (existing & new). Away from my phone, website, administrative things, the physical act of providing services all together. When the body says, "no more" it will do it for you even if you're not ready. I wasn't ready. I didn't have plans for being down this long but here we are. Life forces you to start looking at your priorities differently and that was a huge wake up call for me. I struggled this entire year and a half being away from who I was. My business became my entire identity until I couldn't show up for it anymore. My body can no longer push itself like it did before. After decades of being in the business, my body has acquired some permanent damage. Moving forward, I will need to make some adjustments to make this work.

I'm preparing to come back. As for when, I'm still working out the kinks. I will keep everyone posted. I can't wait for you guys to be in my hands again. I miss you, all! 🩵Tina

Wait for the after... undone brows with a #freshcut just doesn't tie the look together just yet. Brows need a customized look of their own, not some copy & paste shape someone does on everyone. I'm a sucker for groomed brows but it can't be thinner, more shapely or look like you took it off a person still stuck on the #90s brow trend. #browshaping

Even if that "something" is yourself. We need to make time for ourselves in our own lives.

Taking time off for self-care. As soon as things are squared away, I'll be able to reopen bookings again for 2022 on a month to month basis versus 3 months in advance bookings. A few things I accomplished aside from making all those doctors appointments 🥴. As many of you may know, I'm an extreme #introvert . People & situational anxiety to the point where it interferes with my daily life. I forced myself to practice some excercises to expose myself to what would be my stressor. I was able to take myself out to eat dinner alone in public 😳, enjoy dessert alone in public, went for a 3 mile beach/strand night walk and finished it off with standing on a cliff over looking the entire #southbay . I really enjoyed being alone while processing my environment, thoughts and feelings without having to be "ON" while in the presence of company. I'm definitely going to be taking myself out on dates once a month. 🌻
