This property was acquired by @makeoneinvestmentgroup & sold to one our investor partners for $290k. They then renovated and sold for $550,000! ($30,000 over asking price)

Duplexes are a real estate HACK & a hot commodity in ANY market! But you have to be quick & resourceful. GOOD deals don’t last long & most good deals come with some type of baggage.

This particular deal was purchased with non-paying tenants occupying both units. We were able to utilize a #cashforkeys strategy to bring both units vacant which significantly increased the demand & value.
