Aaron Smart origin Story // pt3.

"At the same time, I was learning how to play guitar. I’m left-handed. I learned super quickly by ear and by watching other people play. Watching everyone else play guitar right-handed was like looking in a mirror." by @makerecords

aaron smart origin story // pt2

"When I was 5 I started playing the drums. I would watch MTV and play along with the music, and that’s how I learned to play drums. I could never afford a drumkit, so I would always play my buddy’s when I went to his house. I think that’s why we were friends. James Grundler of the band Paloalto and now of Golden State was signed to Sony Records. His friends who were on American Records needed a drummer. I was at James’ studio playing drums, and he said, “You need to be their drummer.” I learned their songs in 2 weeks. And I became their drummer touring all over the world with them." by @makerecords

"My dad said I was dancing in the crib when I was 9 or 10 months old. At night he would play the guitar, when I was supposed to be sleeping. I would bang on the wall until he would let me out to watch and listen to him play." by @makerecords
