Creating a space for women to move gently, connect, breathe, release and reset… it honestly means the world to me.Soul Space has never just been a “yoga event” — it’s something deeper. An experience. A soft landing. A space to try different practices and take what you need — breathwork, slow flow, journaling, yin… all to the sounds of RnB + soul.What I love most? Most of the women who come don’t usually practice yoga. And still, they show up. They lean in. They leave feeling something shift.These are the tools that supported me through burnout, heartbreak, anxiety, depression… and it’s such a joy to share them.I’m already excited to host the next one. Taking it back to April for another beautiful Aerial Sessions ✨So much laughter, courage, connection and gorgeous energy in one room. I’m always grateful for the incredible women who show up, support one another and make these sessions what they are. 💕There will be a few more sessions over the coming weeks before I take a soft pause to rest and make space for this next chapter of life. 🤍If you’ve been meaning to try Aerial Sessions, would love to come back for another play, or want to build on what you’ve already learned, I’d love to see you there before I take a little break. 🧚🏾‍♀️💕Thank you to everyone who has been apart of this journey so far. I’ve been feeling a little in-between in life, maybe at a threshold. 🤎A lot has shifted recently, most I’ve known for some time wasn’t in alignment with me and needed to be released. Work. People. The way I see things. Even the way I see myself.Some things don’t feel as aligned anymore. Some people don’t feel as genuine as I once thought. And I’m in that space where I can’t go back to how things were, but I’m not fully settled into what’s next yet.It’s truly filling me with anxiety. But it’s also very real.I’m learning to rely on myself in a way I haven’t before. To trust my own decisions. To sit with the unknown instead of trying to chase clarity.And if I’m being completely honest… there are parts of my life right now that feel uncertain, even a bit scary.But I’m choosing not to run from that.This month isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about staying grounded in myself while things unfold. Trusting what I feel. Letting go of what doesn’t feel right anymore. And allowing space for something new to come in, whatever that may be. Creating space for something far greater.If you’re in an in-between season too… you’re not behind.
