There’s been a lot of emotions lately with everything going on in the world.... and that is ok. However you are feeling... is ok. There are so much uncertainty regarding the near future and we are all trying our best to navigate our way through.
During this time...
It’s ok if you aren’t training for that summer body.
It’s ok if you aren’t reading a new book every week (or any).
It’s ok if you aren’t completing all the tasks on your to-do list.

However, what we can all practice doing is:
- be more kind with ourselves & our bodies
- be more mindful of others & their unique situations
- be more present with our loved ones
- be more patient with the universe

Allow yourself to deeply feel any emotion that arises. Allow yourself to laugh, to cry, to rest, to dance - whatever that may be, it will feel so good to allow yourself to be free.

You are not alone. Don’t be afraid to reach out and speak to someone. YOU are going to be ok. Sending you all the positive vibes 💓✨ Tag a friend who could use some words of encouragement. by @makeupbylucky

My beautiful bride @tiff.chene ⭐️ Loved creating this look with you & getting to know you through the process. We went with a soft smokey bronze eye paired with bronze, sun kissed skin to compliment her beautiful tan and hair color. All the glam, yet a softer version. Is that a thing? Our gorgeous bride, Mari 😍 She was one of the most stress-free person on her wedding day, as it should be when you’re confident in the team of people you surround yourself with (vendors & bridal party). I see more often than not, brides get shy to speak up on what they want. I always say nobody is a mind reader. Everyone around you (leading up and on your wedding day) wants to know how to help.
