Hello beautiful friends 🤍

My first name is MelissaRoshan (one word, no space). I go by MelRo for short. I am grateful you’re here with me in this digital space 🤍

I’ve loved makeup artistry since I was six years old- I’ve been a professional hair, makeup, and wardrobe stylist for over 25 years now 🤍🫂

I grew up in the Foster Care system- my lived experiences inform my advocacy work, and heart for the people. Artistry, was my first career path. I worked as a cosmetics counter manager at while privately living in a teen homeless shelter (I didn’t tell anyone as I didn’t want that I exclude me from the opportunity to manage).

I worked my way up and onward. So much so that MAC took me in as a freelance artist- I’ve now reached Senior freelance Artist level with them——> this is truly an honor.

I LOVE creating and simultaneously helping others feel gorgeous inside/out.

From weddings, to photo shoots, runways, print ads, to production sets- I’m thankful that my work has graced all of these areas. I’ve been published internationally, and continue to learn in my craft.

I’ve just now started an IG account 🥲🤯 - it feels right to do that now.

Having impeccable brows are a game changer for your look. Before applying makeup for my clients, I always start with the brows to really frame the face and look.

I love a great clear mascara, or brow gel with just a pop of color via pencil, or brow powder.

I follow up with a concealer on the brow bone for a clean, fresh look.

When I was a little girl, all I wanted to do was make-up. I had this insatiable pull toward artistry.
