Throw it back! To the 90s! Larry Parker’s was Poppin’! What year was this? Cintrella, MC Hammer and Lil’ Mo. I actually remember this day. CiCi was like, “remember when I taught you how to do the running man Hammer!” 😂😂 Just imagine if we had Social Media! Wow! We were so young! #larryparkers #the90s #mchammer #throwback taken in Beverly Hills, California by @makeupempress333

Every morning this Black Butterfly joins me for morning tea and Sun Salutations. I wasn’t going to post it because like, who cares? But I really enjoy seeing her. (I decided it’s a female) I wanted to share. In spiritual teachings a Black butterfly is indicative of profound transformation, spiritual rebirth, and the end of a life cycle. I think that fits perfectly 🦋🦋🦋 taken in Los Angeles, California by @makeupempress333
