Kim Kardashian makeup by Amaia Palma. Beautiful without a drop of makeup and said, “do whatever you want”. She was in her dark smokey eye phase, so I did her makeup natural and glowy to let her beauty shine through. She has perfect smooth skin and was surprisingly low maintenance, so nice & easy to work with. She said I put her lashes on faster than any other makeup artist. That speed comes from doing so many weddings and learning how to put on lashes in a snap. Demiwispy lash from @ardellbeauty creates an almond shape and opens her eyes even more. Best Advice Mom Ever Gave 🙏🏻“When you go to bed tonight, say your prayers, and whatever makes you feel the most at peace when you wake up is the answer. It’s God talking to you.” It was 2009 & I was making one of the hardest decisions of my life.

🙏🏻 Advice so profound I tattooed the Hindu peace symbol on my wrist, with a cross for Jesus next to it as a reminder.

🙏🏻 Advice I stlll live by, through the many hard decisions I’ve made as a Single Mama head of household. I pray to God. I still talk to her & hear her voice giving me the answers.

Good ugly cry. Little things remind us. Trigger us and open the floodgates. The heartbreak 💔 😭 the pain of losing my Mommy. I saw someone’s handwriting like hers at school and it reminded me of her. The sweetest.

I’m in USA Today! I’m quoted in @usatoday about Mommy’s chronic UTIs, near death painful bladder infection (hospitalization for 2 weeks). It breaks my heart 💔 how she suffered.
