Had the most incredible time with @lacrossecanada & @worldlacrosse at the Pan American Sixes Lacrosse Championships last week. 🎙️

This event was a critical part of getting to #LA28 ! The top 5 men’s and women’s teams move onto the World Championships next fall where they can solidify a spot in the Olympics!! 👏🏻

Such an incredible time being able to call the women’s games and hop on the sideline for the men’s games all week long with a great crew. 🤩

Nothing like calling best on best lacrosse on home soil 🇨🇦

the most life changing trip 🤍 I am so appreciative of @worldlacrosse for giving me the opportunity to cover this sport in a multitude of ways across the globe.

The country of Japan is simply incredible. I’ve never felt more empowered. Travelling alone can be daunting. Asking for photos from strangers, taking on the prefectures and transit systems on my own and trying new foods etc. are things 3 years ago would have scared me I probably wouldn’t have even wanted to go. But I did not let my anxiety and fears defer me from this experience.

Work hard, stay humble, and be you. You never know where life will take you. I’m sure there will be more, but thank you WL & thank you Japan 🌎🥹🤍 taken in Tokyo, Japan by @makijenner
