Two things are true in this moment... 1. I am not okay. I mean how are there only two years in between these moments? And how is my miracle baby girl growing so fast?! She is going to be having her own ballot before we know it. And 2. It will NEVER get old voting for the love of my life and my miracle's daddy. And this is my favorite tradition with our change maker. by @makingamiracle_stl
I'll be voting for my Daughter today. I'll be voting NO on 3. by @makingamiracle_stl
🌎 1 in 6. That's the statistic we talk about when we talk about infertility worldwide. But what we don't talk about enough is how infertility can become your entire WORLD. Your mornings start with medications. Your days revolve around appointments. Your finances revolve around treatments. Your relationships change. Your mental health takes a hit. Your future feels like one giant question mark. And somehow, you're expected to keep showing up like nothing is happening. Because while infertility has completely changed your world, everyone else's world just keeps spinning. That's the part I wish more people understood. Infertility isn't just about struggling to have a baby. It's about how much of your life can become consumed by trying to have one. And for some, it's about learning to navigate a future that looks different from the one they imagined. This World Infertility Day, I don't just want people to remember the 1 in 6. I want them to remember the PEOPLE behind that number. The lives. The relationships. The sacrifices. The grief. The hope. Because infertility may affect 1 in 6 worldwide, but when you're living it, sometimes it feels like it affects every single part of you. And if that's where you are right now, I hope you know there's a whole community here that understands. 🧡 At Making a Miracle, we're working to make that world a little less lonely. 🌎 1 in 6. One world. Millions of stories that deserve to be heard. #WorldInfertilityDay #1in6 #InfertilityAwareness #MakingAMiracle #InfertilitySupport InfertilityCommunity IVFJourney InfertilityAdvocacy by @makingamiracle_stl
In our conversation with Marty and Danielle, Marty shared about what it was like to navigate his emotions after he and Danielle experienced loss. He talked about the complexity of wanting to care for Danielle while honoring his own feelings. He worried about adding to what she was already carrying. We hear this from so many partners, especially those who feel they need to be the steady one. The instinct comes from love, but holding back can leave both people feeling alone in the same loss. Marty's honesty about that tension is something I think a lot of couples will recognize. 🎙️ Season 2 Episode 1 is out now!! 📺 Watch and subscribe on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@Dr.ClayBrigance 🎙️ Find your listening platform: visit my website — link in bio More resources on infertility, grief, and relationships: https://www.ginnylupkacounseling.com/ #loveandinfertility #infertilitysupport #infertilityawareness #ttccommunity #infertility #pregnancyloss by @makingamiracle_stl
You know what's scarier than any Halloween movie I've ever watched? Being told you need medical treatment to have a chance at building your family... and then being told you can't afford it. Or that your insurance won't cover it. Or that the care you need isn't accessible where you live. Or wondering whether the laws surrounding reproductive healthcare could change your options. THAT is scary. And for millions of people experiencing infertility, these aren't imaginary fears. They're real conversations happening in doctors' offices, living rooms, and fertility clinics every single day. We shouldn't have to fight this hard just to access healthcare. This Halloween, we're reminding everyone that infertility isn't just about wanting a baby. It's about healthcare. It's about equity. It's about reproductive freedom. And it's about making sure nobody gets left behind. 🧡 Because access to infertility care shouldn't be the scariest part of trying to build a family. #MakingAMiracle #InfertilityAwareness #InfertilityAdvocacy #FertilityAccess #InfertilityIsHealthcare ReproductiveHealthcare by @makingamiracle_stl

Let's talk about something we don't talk about nearly enough. Infertility in the workplace. Because while you're sitting in meetings, answering emails, helping customers, or trying to meet deadlines, someone you work with might be silently going through one of the hardest experiences of their life. They might have been at a fertility clinic at 7 a.m. before coming to work. They might be giving themselves injections in the bathroom. They might have just gotten a phone call telling them their IVF cycle failed. And they're still expected to show up, be productive, smile, and act like everything is fine. And can we talk about how uncomfortable workplace conversations can be?! The pregnancy announcements. The baby showers. The innocent little comments about when someone is going to have kids. Nobody necessarily means harm, but that doesn't mean those moments don't hurt. Here's the thing. I'm not saying employers should know everyone's personal business. I'm saying we need to recognize that infertility is happening in our workplaces whether we see it or not. And employees shouldn't have to choose between protecting their privacy, keeping their jobs, and building their families. We can do better. We can create workplaces where people feel supported, where medical appointments aren't treated like inconveniences, and where compassion is part of the culture. Because infertility doesn't stop when you clock in. And neither should our empathy. 🧡 💬 I want to hear from you. If you've experienced infertility while working, did you feel supported by your employer? Or did you feel like you had to hide what you were going through? Let's have this conversation. #MakingAMiracle #InfertilityAwareness #InfertilityInTheWorkplace #IVFJourney #InfertilitySupport WorkplaceWellness FertilityBenefits by @makingamiracle_stl
Season 2 of Love & Infertility is here, and I’m so glad this is the conversation we’re opening with. 🎙️ Clay and I sat down with Making a Miracle’s Danielle Faith and her husband, State Representative Marty Joe Murray, to talk about their relationship and their infertility journey. In this clip, we talk about something we see so often with couples: partners grieving differently. One may want to talk while the other needs space, or one may feel the loss sharply while the other keeps going. Those differences can easily turn into conflict, even when both people are hurting. Danielle and Marty were honest about how this has shown up for them and what has helped them stay connected through it. Episode 1 is out today! 📺 Watch and subscribe on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@Dr.ClayBrigance 🎙️ Find your listening platform: visit my website — link in bio More resources on infertility, grief, and relationships: https://www.ginnylupkacounseling.com/ #loveandinfertility #infertilitysupport #infertilityawareness #ttccommunity #infertility #couplescounseling by @makingamiracle_stl
If you've ever cried on a bathroom floor, given yourself an injection in a bathroom stall, or stared at a pregnancy test hoping for a different outcome... I see you. And I hope you know you don't have to keep all of those moments to yourself. At Making a Miracle, we know infertility isn't just about trying to have a baby. It's about everything you go through while trying. Encourage. Support. Give Hope. 🧡 #MakingAMiracle #IVFJourney #InfertilityAwareness #IVFWarrior #InfertilitySupport 1in6 by @makingamiracle_stl
We’re starting Season 2 of Love and Infertility with a powerful story of love, partnership, and advocacy. 🎙️❤️ Ginny and I sit down with Making a Miracle’s Danielle Faith and her amazing husband, State Representative Marty Joe Murray, for an honest, vulnerable conversation about their relationship and their infertility journey. What stayed with me is how they continue to choose one another—not because the journey has been easy, but because their relationship matters through all of it. They also bring that commitment to their advocacy, working to make things better for others navigating infertility. Their willingness to share both the personal side of their story and the work they’re doing for other families made this such a meaningful conversation. This is what we’re bringing into Season 2: honest stories, meaningful advocacy, and practical conversations about staying connected as a couple. We’re so grateful to Danielle and Marty Joe for joining us. Here’s your first look at Episode 1, coming Wednesday 10/28!! 🎬 Watch the Episode 1 trailer: https://youtu.be/edom_6RDn2g 📺 Watch and subscribe on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@Dr.ClayBrigance 🎙️ Find your listening platform: https://www.drclaybrigance.com/podcast More resources on infertility, grief, and relationships: https://www.drclaybrigance.com #loveandinfertility #infertilitysupport #infertilityawareness #ttccommunity #infertility by @makingamiracle_stl
Sunday nights hit a little differently when you're going through infertility. 🧡 Maybe you're preparing for another week of appointments, injections, or waiting for results. Maybe you're trying to figure out how you're going to show up at work tomorrow when emotionally you're barely holding it together. Maybe you're grieving a baby you never got to bring home. Or maybe you're just tired. Tired of waiting. Tired of explaining. Tired of being told to stay positive. I get it. And I want you to know something before we start another week. You don't owe anyone positivity. You don't owe anyone an explanation. And you certainly don't have to prove how strong you are. Some weeks, surviving is the accomplishment. So tonight, give yourself permission to just BE. Whatever this week brings, I hope you remember that you deserve support through ALL of it. And that's exactly why Making a Miracle exists. Because nobody should have to navigate infertility or loss feeling like they're the only one. 🧡 💬 Sunday night check-in: What's one thing you need more of this week? Rest? Hope? Patience? Support? A freaking break? Tell me below. We're listening. 🧡 #MakingAMiracle #InfertilitySupport #InfertilityAwareness #PregnancyLoss #IVFJourney InfertilityCommunity by @makingamiracle_stl
