Our little Groovy girl is 2! Where has the time gone my dear? I feel like we just celebrated your first birthday last week.

The growth and development that has happened in year 2 has been just mindblowing. It's so fun to see you learning new things every day. You are no longer a baby, now a full blown toddler... so active - love climbing and jumping, obsessed with water, want to eat every "funna" in sight, smiling and laughing all the time, sassy and silly, have the funniest names for things, and have just grown into such a loving and sweet little girl.

Your daddy and I are constantly amazed by you and everyday we think we couldnt possibly love you anymore, and then our hearts burst all over again. Thank you for turning our life upside down. While its heartbreaking how quickly this is all going, we can't wait to see what the next year holds. We love you! 😘

Shout out to the day I met my bestie irl before I knew she was going to become my bestie. 🥰

It seems fitting that our love story began with goats dressed up as unicorns. Because what could describe our mental states any better than that visual? 😂

ILYSM & ICIMLWY 😘 3 years already?

Our little princess turned 1 last week so of course we celebrated with a bang! Thank you to everyone who helped, everyone who attended, and everyone who brought or sent gifts. We are so appreciative of our little village and grateful to raise our daughter surrounded by so much love! ❤

We can't wait to see what adventures the next year with you will hold.

Wow... 1 whole trip around the sun for my little summer solstice baby. It just feels surreal. I love you more than I ever could have imagined. You make us laugh everyday because you are so goofy and sweet. I just want to squeeze you and snuggle you forever. While it's always sad to think about how fast it's all going, I really have enjoyed every stage with you so far and love watching you grow. Looking forward to what the next year brings us. 😘😘

Took our bity bean to see the Chicago Bean today! Nice little pit stop before heading to the airport. Finally going home after a whirlwind trip. 💜

This week I got to take my girl to the place that is most special to me. A place that represents the innocence and freedom of my childhood and a place where I was always surrounded by family. I hope to have many more chances to bring her here in the years to come. ❤

Fun last day in Tennessee. Visited the Knoxville Zoo and played in the sand for the first time. We actually got a few minutes of playtime in before she tried eating it! Progress!
