I am very excited to announce my commitment to Rutgers University to continue my academic and athletic career! I first want to thank my parents for all the sacrifices they have made for me and being by my side every step of the way. I would also like to thank my friends who have been with me through thick and thin and have become one of my biggest cheerleaders. I would also like to thank all my coaches. Coach Tirone and Coach Augrom, and the rest of my coaching staff at Colgan for believing in me and guiding me to where I am today. Coach Adam @crossfit_234 and my physical therapists @resurgentsportsrehab for keeping me strong and healthy. Coach Mark @coach.mark.hauser for fixing my stride and giving me the courage and confidence to mentally stay focus and run hard. Why go sub 20 when u can go sub 19:30 😏. Hit a 19:29 at Third Battle Invitational 😄. Still can’t believe after coming off an injury my junior year I would love and enjoy XC and hit a 31 second PR from last year!!
